Overview

These terms apply to B2B buyers and resellers purchasing digital codes in bulk.

Orders & Minimum Quantity

Minimum order quantity is 15 cards.

Payments

We accept cryptocurrency payments. Payment instructions are provided during order confirmation.

Delivery

Digital codes are delivered via encrypted channels. Delivery is typically same-day after payment confirmation.

What “Delivered” Means

• Delivered means we have sent the encrypted code package and the decryption key to the contact details you provided (email and/or Telegram), and we have delivery logs confirming the message was sent successfully.
• If the buyer provided incorrect or unreachable contact details, delivery may be delayed until corrected details are provided.

Verification & Claims

API Verification

Every code is checked via API Verification before delivery to reduce the risk of invalid or problematic codes.

If a claim occurs

• If a buyer reports an issue, we can review available activation information (for example: activation status and timestamp) to help resolve disputes transparently.
• We do not request or require access to your customer’s personal accounts. Investigation is performed using the information available for the code and the case details you provide.

Refunds

Because this is a B2B digital product, refunds (if applicable) depend on the case, delivery status, and verification results. Our primary resolution method is replacement, credit, or another mutually agreed solution.

Response time (SLA)

• Initial response: within 12 hours (often faster).
• Investigation: typically 1–3 business days after we receive all required details.
• Resolution: as soon as the investigation is complete (replacement/credit where applicable).

What you must provide for investigation

• Order identifier (or the email used for the order) and order date/time
• Region, denomination, and quantity
• Payment proof (crypto transaction hash / TXID and network)
• Affected code(s) (or last 4–6 characters if you prefer partial disclosure at first)
• Error message / screenshot and a short description of the issue

Important notes

• Once an order is marked as Delivered, refunds are generally not provided unless the case is confirmed as eligible after verification.
• Delays may occur if required details are missing or if the claim information is insufficient for verification.
